This was a night I will never forget. Josie was beautiful as always and we slipped away for a very special performance. I don't know if anyone even missed us. I know she won't forget it either. And no, it wasn't to jump in the sack. It was more special than that.

Here's a speculation. Say instead of going forward 50 years from 1961 to now, what if we'd gone backwards to 1911. We'd have been there for: • R. reagan's birthday in Iowa • The founding of IBM • The incorporation of Chevrolet • The opening of the first Hollywood studio. Charlie hadn't made a movie. "Birth of a Nation" 7 years away. • The invention of Crisco. • Amundsen reaches the South Pole. That all happened in 1911. As for the next 50 years: • None of our parents had been born. • WWI was years into the future. So was radio, TV, WWII, Elvis and Band Stand starring Dick Clark.
