Thank you for the opportunity to submit a proposal for the upcoming Swarthmore High School Reunion.  We have a great venue, are in an excellent location and would love to host your meeting.  The gorgeous Inn at Pocono Manor is the perfect setting offering breathtaking views along with modern accommodations, resort amenities, and the best in customer service.  The Inn at Pocono Manor is ideal for your event given that we offer the following:

        27,187 square feet of meeting space including a brand new state of the art theatre

Location is important as well.  We are conveniently located off of Interstate 80 and are close in proximity to many major metropolitan cities.

v  Cocktail Hour on Friday evening consisting of two hours of premium bar, domestic and imported cheese display, three hot hors d’ oeuvres and three cold hors d’ oeuvres

v  Sales tax and service charge

Package Price:

Single Occupancy - $ 179.00

Double Occupancy - $ 159.00

Rate is per person per night.


Deposit/Cancellation Policy:

Upon confirmation of this proposal, a contract will follow.  A deposit is due back along with your signed contract to secure your meeting space and/or overnight guest rooms.  In the meantime, if you have any questions or additional specifications call me at 570-839-7111 ext 7672 or e-mail me at jpaternoster@poconomanor.com

A deposit of $350.00 will be requested with a signed contract; this deposit will go towards the balance of your event.  Final payment will be due one week prior to your event.
